I am a Sheffield based yoga teacher with a love for vinyasa and ashtanga yoga. Yoga has had a hugely positive impact on my life and been a constant through difficult times. I feel extremely grateful to be able to share this practice and transfer my own love for yoga to my students.

I am influenced by the precision of alignment and discipline that I have learnt from Iyengar and ashtanga yoga and the fluidity, creative freedom and focus on the breath from vinyasa.

I want my classes to be physically demanding whilst allowing students to relax and let go in a safe space. I am always searching for transitions which I feel are organic and instinctive, allowing the practice to be fluid and for students to stay present throughout. I create my sequences with a focus on allowing us to explore the body and it’s capabilities and the sensations that evolve through this exploration.

I hope for everyone to feel welcome and cared for in my classes and I am striving to create an inclusive environment for students to practice yoga.
